The 2027-2028 application submission will open April 1, 2026
Interviews will be virtual and take place May 1, 2026-August 15, 2026 with anticipation of filling the position by August 31, 2026.
Eligibility
All interested applicants must match the eligibility requirements based on the ACGME Guidelines which include:
- Prior to appointment in the program, fellows must have completed at least three clinical years in an ACGME-accredited or AOA-accredited graduate medical education program in one of the following specialties: anesthesiology, emergency medicine, neurological surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, orthopaedic surgery, otolaryngology, plastic surgery, surgery, thoracic surgery, vascular surgery, or urology.
- Applicants must be either eligible for the American Board of Surgery Certification or certified with the American Board of Surgery.
- If stepping out of a residency with 3 completed years, applicant must provide documentation to be returning to a residency for completion after fellowship.
